What We're Looking For

Act as a subject matter expert for personal and business banking products, services, policies, and procedures.,Make product recommendations based on customer needs.,Establish and nurture customer relationships through active listening and product knowledge.,Utilize Customer Relationship Management tools for proactive customer assessments and sales activities.,Evaluate and resolve customer issues, escalating as needed.,Participate in customer outreach, servicing, and advice activities.,Engage in conversations about loan products and facilitate application intake.,Maintain active registration status with NMLS.,Deliver a 'Legendary Experience' by building relationships and providing service and advice.,Understand and support the Bank's Customer Service Strategy.,Serve as a customer advocate for issue resolution and provide proactive financial insights.,Engage in lobby leadership, managing customer flow and guiding appropriately.,Educate customers on self-service banking options.,Perform various teller transactions (check cashing, deposits, transfers, withdrawals) while ensuring fraud mitigation and adherence to operational policies.,Ensure compliance with company guidelines and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act and Patriot Act.,Promote the full suite of TD products, sales, services, and banking capabilities.,Apply operating policies and procedures effectively.,Contribute to Operational Excellence objectives and adhere to Risk and Control Policies.,Participate as a team member, fostering a positive work environment and facilitating knowledge transfer.,Engage in personal performance management and development.,Contribute to a fair, positive, and equitable work environment.,Act as a brand ambassador for the Bank.,Utilize coaching feedback for performance improvement.,Establish relationships with partner bankers for effective referrals.,Collaborate with team members to achieve organizational success.,Continuously seek opportunities to improve work delivery and quality.,Take ownership of career development and aspirations.,Embrace change positively.,Adhere to TD's Shared Commitments and code of conduct expectations.

Ideal Candidate

HS Diploma or GED required; 2-year degree preferred,2+ years of related experience working with customers and/or sales,Teller experience (Preferred),Cross-trained to take customer transactions upon hire,Must maintain an active registration status with NMLS,Eligible for employment with a covered financial institution under Regulation Z of the Truth in Lending Act,Eligible for registration as a registered mortgage loan originator with the NMLS,Satisfactory results on a criminal background check and a credit report check
