Description

This role involves acting as a customer liaison, providing financial expertise and consultative advice to customers regarding banking solutions. The Retail Banker II identifies appropriate TD solutions to help customers achieve financial goals and optimize their relationship with TD, thereby contributing to business objectives and growth. This position requires serving as a subject matter expert for both customers and colleagues on all TD products, services, policies, and procedures, particularly in personal and business banking, with a broad understanding of the bank's full product suite.

Deliver a 'Legendary Experience' by assisting customers, building relationships, and offering service and advice.,Understand and support the Bank's Customer Service Strategy, providing comprehensive advice through educational content, consultative support, and proactive insights.,Act as a customer advocate for issue resolution and offer tips and insights to save customers time and money.,Contribute to a fair, positive, and equitable work environment that supports a diverse workforce.,Serve as a brand ambassador for the business area/function and the Bank.,Utilize feedback from coaching sessions to improve performance.,Establish relationships with partner bankers for effective referrals.,Contribute to a positive work environment by aligning with the TD Model, Brand, and Culture, and collaborating with team members.
