The Retail Banker I serves as a customer liaison for TD Bank, providing financial expertise and consultative advice to help customers with their banking needs. This role focuses on achieving business objectives by identifying appropriate TD solutions that assist customers in reaching their financial goals and optimizing their relationship with the bank. The position involves engaging with customers, educating them on banking products and services, and fostering positive customer experiences.

What We're Looking For

Utilize financial expertise and consultative advice to assist Customers with banking solutions/needs.,Contribute to the achievement of business objectives by identifying appropriate TD solutions.,Optimize customer relationships with TD.,Be proficient in products, services, and routine transactions.,Identify opportunities to educate Customers on Bank products and services.,Refer customers to appropriate team members or internal Bank partners.,Establish and nurture Customer relationships through product knowledge and active listening.,Understand customer preferences and educate them on self-service options.,May act as a point of escalation for Customer questions or concerns.,May perform various teller transactions (check cashing, deposits, transfers, withdrawals).,Monitor fraud mitigation and adhere to operational policies and procedures.,Deliver a 'Legendary' experience by building relationships and providing service and advice.,Support the Bank's Customer Service Strategy by building trust, offering consultative support, and advocating for customers.,Improve customer financial confidence by providing resolution, proactive tips, and insights.,Make product recommendations based on Customer needs and highlight features/benefits.,Utilize Customer relationship management tools for assessments and outbound sales activities.,Independently resolve customer issues, errors, and problems, escalating when necessary.,Build working relationships and explain detailed/complicated information.,Lifting/Carrying (under 25 lbs.)
