Description

This role serves as a customer liaison, helping clients with their banking solutions and needs by providing financial expertise and consultative advice. The individual contributes to business growth by identifying suitable TD solutions to help customers achieve financial goals and optimize their relationship with the bank. Key responsibilities include understanding the full product suite, building customer relationships, making product recommendations, utilizing CRM tools, resolving customer issues, and participating in customer outreach and advice activities.

Proficient in products, services, and routine transactions.,Broad knowledge of the full product suite, services, and processes.,Ability to establish and nurture customer relationships.,Capable of making product recommendations based on customer needs.,Utilize Customer relationship management tools.,Independently resolve customer issues, errors, and problems, escalating when necessary.,Build working relationships with customers and explain detailed and/or complicated information.,Participate in Customer outreach, servicing, and advice activities.,Engage in conversations with customers about loan products and facilitate application intake.,Must maintain an active registration status with NMLS (Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry).,Ability to complete teller training upon hire.,Engage in customer conversations while educating them on products and services.,Demonstrated organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent communication skills (concise, clear, consistent).,Ability to schedule and prioritize work.,Ability to work independently and within deadlines.,Sound judgment in decision making and effective problem solving.,Proficient in Microsoft Office.,Ensures compliance with company guidelines and regulations (Bank Secrecy Act, Patriot Act).,Understands and applies operating policies and procedures.,Supports the timely and accurate completion of business processes and procedures.,Escalates non-standard or high-risk transactions/activities as necessary.,Ensures accurate documentation consistent with rules/regulations.,Knowledgeable of and complies with Bank Code of Conduct.

Ideal Candidate

HS Diploma or GED.,1+ years' experience working with customers and/or sales in any capacity (volunteering, education, military experience preferred).,Teller experience preferred.,Notary License (Preferred).,Must be eligible for employment with a covered financial institution under Regulation Z.,Must be eligible for registration as a registered mortgage loan originator with the NMLS.,Satisfactory results on a criminal background check and a credit report check.
