The Retail Banker I serves as a crucial customer liaison, utilizing financial knowledge to assist customers with banking solutions and needs. This role contributes to business growth by identifying suitable TD products and optimizing customer relationships. Key responsibilities include building and nurturing customer relationships, making product recommendations, resolving customer issues, and engaging in customer outreach, while ensuring compliance with banking regulations and contributing to a positive team environment.

Ideal Candidate

HS Diploma or GED.,1+ years' experience working with customers and/or sales in any capacity, or equivalent demonstrated through volunteering, education, or military experience (preferred).,Teller experience (preferred).,Must be able to complete teller training upon hire.,Notary License (Preferred).

Must maintain an active registration status with NMLS (Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry).,Must be eligible for employment with a covered financial institution under Regulation Z of the Truth in Lending Act.,Must be eligible for registration as a registered mortgage loan originator with the NMLS in accordance with the SAFE Act.,Requires satisfactory results on a criminal background check and a credit report check.
