Description
The Retail Banker serves as a primary point of contact for customers, focusing on building relationships and providing financial guidance. This role involves assisting customers with banking solutions, identifying suitable TD products to help them achieve financial goals, and optimizing their relationship with the bank. Key responsibilities include educating customers on products and services, handling routine transactions, and actively listening to customer needs to offer appropriate solutions.
What We're Looking For
1+ years' experience working with customers and/or sales in any capacity, or equivalent demonstrated through volunteering, education, or military experience.,Must be able to complete teller training upon hire to take customer transactions.,Demonstrated ability to engage in customer conversations while educating them on products and services.,Demonstrated organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent communication skills with ability to be concise, clear and consistent.,Demonstrated ability to schedule and prioritize work.,Proficient in products, services and routine transactions.,Requires a broad knowledge and understanding of the full product suite, services and processes of the business area.
Ideal Candidate
HS Diploma or GED.,Must maintain an active registration status with NMLS (Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry).
