As a Retail Associate, responsibilities include supporting client experiences, maximizing sales opportunities, and contributing to the overall success of the boutique, with potential for growth within the company.

What We're Looking For

Support the Service Counter team to enable efficient and elevated experiences.,Support the Atelier team to enable Everyday Luxury experiences.,Curate our merchandise assortment and support a seamless retail environment.,Sell clothes and earn client confidence through unparalleled styling expertise (for Style Advisor).,Deliver world-class experiences by creating meaningful, memorable moments (for Style Advisor).,Build deep and personalized connections with clients, enhancing their loyalty and affinity to Aritzia (for Style Advisor).,Welcome clients and direct them to products/Service Counter (for Service Advisor).,Prepare product to be processed, efficiently and accurately process transactions, package product (for Service Advisor).,Support operations at the Service Counter (for Service Advisor).,Efficiently and accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments (for Inventory Associate and Merchandiser).,Strategically place product in the backroom (for Inventory Associate).,Uphold the standards of product display (for Inventory Associate and Merchandiser).,Enable seamlessly integrated cross-channel shopping experiences (for Inventory Associate and Merchandiser).,Support in the seamless operations of all aspects of the retail space (for Inventory Associate and Merchandiser).
