Description
The Retail Associate at Aritzia is responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and maximizing sales. This role involves supporting various aspects of boutique operations, including client service, styling, inventory management, and visual merchandising, contributing to a luxurious shopping environment and fostering client loyalty. This includes supporting the Service Counter and Atelier teams, curating merchandise, maintaining the retail environment, providing styling expertise, processing transactions, managing shipments, and ensuring product display standards are met.

Support the Service Counter team to enable efficient and elevated experiences,Support the Atelier team to enable Everyday Luxury experiences,Curate merchandise assortment and support a seamless retail environment,Sell clothes and earn client confidence through unparalleled styling expertise,Deliver world-class experiences by creating meaningful, memorable moments,Build deep and personalized connections with clients, enhancing their loyalty and affinity to Aritzia,Welcome clients and match them with products, directing to the right Service Counter,Prepare product to be processed, efficiently and accurately process transactions,Package product for an Everyday Luxury opening experience,Support operations at the Service Counter,Efficiently and accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments (DC, boutique to boutique, clients),Strategically place product in the backroom and on the sales floor,Uphold the standards of product display and translate the product story in boutiques,Enable seamlessly integrated cross-channel shopping experiences,Support in the seamless operations of all aspects of the retail space across Clients, Product, Space, Risk and Operations
