The Retail Associate at Aritzia is responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and maximizing sales in a boutique setting. This role encompasses various functions including supporting service and atelier teams, curating merchandise, styling clients, processing transactions, managing inventory, and ensuring appealing product displays.

Curate merchandise assortment and support a seamless retail environment.
Sell clothes and earn client confidence through unparalleled styling expertise.
Deliver world-class experiences by creating meaningful, memorable moments.
Build deep and personalized connections with clients, enhancing their loyalty and affinity to Aritzia.
Welcome clients and match them with products, directing them to the right Service Counter.
Prepare products to be processed.
Efficiently and accurately process transactions.
Package product for an Everyday Luxury opening experience.
Support operations at the Service Counter.
Efficiently and accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments to and from the DC, boutique to boutique, and clients.
Strategically place product in the backroom.
Uphold the standards of product display.
Enable seamlessly integrated cross-channel shopping experiences.
Support in the seamless operations of all aspects of the retail space across Clients, Product, Space, Risk, and Operations.
Strategically place product on the sales floor.
Translate the product story in our boutiques.
Validate the standards of product display.
