The Retail Associate position at Aritzia focuses on delivering exceptional client experiences and maximizing sales opportunities within their boutiques. Associates will receive world-class retail education and have opportunities for growth and development. The role involves various responsibilities depending on whether the associate acts as a Boutique Associate, Style Advisor, Service Advisor, Inventory Associate, or Merchandiser.

Support the Service Counter team to enable efficient and elevated experiences,Support the Atelier team to enable Everyday Luxury experiences,Curate merchandise assortment and support a seamless retail environment,Sell clothes and earn client confidence through unparalleled styling expertise,Deliver world-class experiences by creating meaningful, memorable moments,Build deep and personalized connections with clients, enhancing their loyalty and affinity to Aritzia,Welcome clients,Match clients with their product and direct to the right Service Counter,Prepare the product to be processed,Efficiently and accurately process transactions,Package product for an Everyday Luxury opening experience,Support operations at the Service Counter,Efficiently and accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments to and from the DC, boutique to boutique, and clients,Strategically place product in the backroom,Uphold the standards of product display,Enable seamlessly integrated cross-channel shopping experiences,Support in the seamless operations of all aspects of the retail space across Clients, Product, Space, Risk and Operations,Strategically place product on the sales floor,Translate the product story in our boutiques,Validate the standards of product display
