The Retail Associate will join Aritzia's high-performance Retail team, responsible for delivering world-class client experiences and maximizing sales opportunities. This role offers an industry-leading wage and comprehensive onboarding with ongoing development opportunities within Retail and Aritzia. Associates will support various functions including service counter operations, merchandise curation, sales, client relationship building, transaction processing, inventory management, and product merchandising.

Support the Service Counter team for efficient and elevated experiences,Support the Atelier team to enable Everyday Luxury experiences,Curate merchandise assortment and support a seamless retail environment,Sell clothes and earn client confidence through unparalleled styling expertise,Deliver world-class experiences by creating meaningful, memorable moments,Build deep and personalized connections with clients, enhancing loyalty and affinity to Aritzia,Welcome clients and direct them to products/Service Counter,Prepare and efficiently/accurately process transactions,Package product for an Everyday Luxury opening experience,Support operations at the Service Counter,Efficiently and accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments (DC, boutique-to-boutique, clients),Strategically place product in the backroom and on the sales floor,Uphold standards of product display,Enable seamlessly integrated cross-channel shopping experiences,Support seamless operations across Clients, Product, Space, Risk, and Operations
