This role involves joining the Retail team to provide exceptional client experiences and support sales in Aritzia boutiques. The role encompasses various responsibilities including supporting service and atelier teams, curating merchandise, styling clients, processing transactions, managing inventory, and maintaining product displays.
Support the Service Counter team to enable efficient and elevated experiences. Support the Atelier team to enable Everyday Luxury experiences. Curate merchandise assortment and support a seamless retail environment. Sell clothes and earn client confidence through unparalleled styling expertise. Deliver world-class experiences by creating meaningful, memorable moments. Build deep and personalized connections with clients, enhancing their loyalty. Welcome clients, match them with products, and direct to the right Service Counter. Prepare and efficiently and accurately process transactions. Package product for an Everyday Luxury opening experience. Support operations at the Service Counter. Efficiently and accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments (DC, boutique-to-boutique, clients). Strategically place product in the backroom and on the sales floor. Uphold the standards of product display and translate the product story. Enable seamlessly integrated cross-channel shopping experiences. Support in the seamless operations of all aspects of the retail space across Clients, Product, Space, Risk and Operations.
