The Risk Associate supports the Store team by focusing on merchandise security, minimizing loss, and ensuring a safe and secure store environment while delivering an outstanding customer experience. This role is part of the Enterprise Risk Management department, which aims to minimize loss across people, brand, and operations.

Support a safe and secure working environment,Minimize the loss of merchandise from all internal and external avenues,Champion and coach the store team on the importance of inventory accuracy,Safeguard the loss of financial, information and physical assets
Ideal Candidate
1+ year experience in Loss Prevention / Risk,Retail experience is an asset,Post-secondary education in a related field
