Description
The Merchandising Manager at Aritzia is responsible for curating the merchandise assortment and supporting a seamless retail environment. This role involves strategically placing products to tell a product story, maintaining visual merchandising standards, managing shipments, and overseeing the day-to-day performance of the retail team to achieve business objectives and enhance the client experience.

Ensure efficient and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing shipments.,Strategically place product on the sales floor to maximize sales opportunities.,Translate product story through creative visual merchandising.,Lead team to execute Aritzia's standards of product display and maintenance.,Enable seamlessly integrated cross-channel shopping experiences by supporting omni channel services.,Ensure seamless operations of all aspects of the retail space (Clients, Product, Space, Risk and Operations).,Manage day-to-day performance of the retail team in support of business objectives, enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.
