Ensure efficient and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing shipments (DC to boutique, boutique to boutique, and to clients).,Strategically place product on the sales floor to maximize sales opportunities.,Translate the product story through creative visual merchandising.,Lead the team to execute Aritzia’s standards of product display and maintenance on the sales floor.,Enable seamlessly integrated cross-channel shopping experiences by supporting omni-channel services.,Ensure seamless operations across all aspects of the retail space, including Clients, Product, Space, Risk, and Operations.,Manage the day-to-day performance of the retail team, fostering career development and a positive employee experience.
