Retail - Merchandising Manager, Boutique Merchandising (Broadway Plaza)
Description
This role involves curating merchandise assortment and supporting a seamless retail environment to create exceptional shopping experiences. The manager will strategically place products to tell a product story, maintain product standards on the sales floor, and lead a team to achieve Aritzia's visual merchandising standards and business objectives. They will also manage daily retail operations, client experience, and team development.
What We're Looking For
Ensure efficient and accurate processing of shipments (incoming, outgoing, boutique-to-boutique, client).,Strategically place products on the sales floor to maximize sales.,Translate product stories through creative visual merchandising.,Lead the team in executing Aritzia’s standards for product display and maintenance.,Enable integrated cross-channel shopping experiences by supporting omni-channel services.,Ensure seamless operations across clients, product, space, risk, and operations.,Manage daily performance of the retail team, fostering career development and a positive employee experience.
