The Store Management Department leads specialized teams to sell clothes and deliver world-class client experiences. The Boutique Lead will motivate teams, ensure flawless execution of sales, floor, business, and people management, and support employee career development. This role focuses on achieving daily business goals by optimizing sales and service, managing operational details, and fostering a positive employee experience.
What We're Looking For
Lead the team to sell clothes, deliver world-class experiences, and build loyal client relationships.
Create an optimal balance of sales and service by having the right people, in the right place at the right time.
Seamlessly own or escalate invisible details across People, Clients, Product, Space, Risk and Operations to enable an exceptional shopping experience.
Manage the day-to-day performance of the retail team to support business objectives, enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.
Work with Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives.
