The manager will be responsible for leading, educating, and developing a high-performing retail team, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience, and supporting career growth within the company.

Lead the team to sell clothes, deliver world-class experiences, and build loyal client relationships.,Create an optimal balance of sales and service by ensuring appropriate staffing.,Manage or escalate operational details across People, Clients, Product, Space, Risk, and Operations to enable an exceptional shopping experience.,Manage the day-to-day performance of the retail team to support business objectives and progressive career development.,Work with Business Support partners to lead departmental functions and foster employee experience.
