The Intranet, Internal Channels and Performance Manager will be responsible for the quality, evolution, and performance of internal communications, primarily through digital channels like intranets, specialized portals, digital signage, newsletters, and internal emails. The role involves ensuring a consistent, effective, and engaging employee experience by collaborating with internal communication advisors, content partners, and IT teams. It also includes monitoring, innovation, performance measurement, and the strategic use of AI to optimize processes and support the digital transformation of internal communications.
Managing and optimizing internal channels (intranet pages, portals, editorial calendar, content publishing, QA, project management). Ensuring governance, coherence, and quality of internal communications and intranet. Monitoring performance, creating dashboards, interpreting KPIs, and making recommendations. Providing support, training, and guidance on internal communication platforms. Driving innovation, continuous monitoring of industry trends (M365, UX, AI), and deploying AI tools like Copilot for optimization.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in communication, UX, information design, or a related field. 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role. Equivalent combination of training and relevant experience also considered.
