Consult with business units to define business and research needs, proposing appropriate recommendations.
Manage projects from initiation through fieldwork to reporting, and consult on client insights.
Leverage knowledge from internal teams and enterprise sources (syndicated research, qualitative insights, behavioral data) to uncover better insights.
Participate in cross-functional teams to identify market trends, business opportunities, emerging segments, and assist with positioning, value proposition, and product development.
Utilize cost-effective research methods, including in-house research and external partners.
Manage B2B research studies for diverse stakeholder groups.
Create engaging reports and presentations to communicate actionable insights.
