The Customer Service and Sales Representative will be responsible for providing proactive customer service, coordinating deliveries, preparing quotes, entering and tracking orders, drafting service agreements, following up with suppliers, and maintaining inventory accuracy. They will also actively contribute to sales development by identifying opportunities and proposing suitable products and services.
Ensure proactive customer service by collaborating closely with clients to meet their needs and offer an optimal experience.,Coordinate deliveries with clients, carriers, and the shipping department to ensure deadlines are met.,Prepare submissions and enter orders into the computer system, in collaboration with the accounting department, and follow them up.,Draft and prepare service agreements for clients.,Perform weekly follow-ups with suppliers.,Maintain effective collaboration with subcontractors to ensure quick and compliant processing of requests.,Ensure the adjustment and accuracy of parts inventory.,Actively contribute to sales development by identifying opportunities and proposing products and services adapted to client needs.
