The role centers on fostering long-term business relationships and delivering an exceptional customer experience for group insurance plan sponsors in Eastern Canada. As a key representative, you will act as a dedicated point of contact, providing expert guidance, training clients on digital tools, and ensuring the loyalty and satisfaction of plan sponsors through proactive communication and value-added solutions.
Act as the primary contact for clients in Eastern Canada to build trust and ensure internal follow-ups.,Understand plan sponsor needs and propose solutions aligned with company standards.,Proactively inform clients about products, services, and legislative or operational changes.,Provide in-depth training on tools, products, and services.,Manage client expectations and collaborate with education specialists on communication plans.,Support the sales team during presentations to potential clients.,Maintain and implement the service delivery model.,Participate in internal workshops for continuous improvement of the service offer.
Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle,Group Insurance license from the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF),Strong understanding of Lean philosophy (A3, Kaizen, DMS)
