Saputo Dairy Products Canada is looking for a Customer Service Representative to serve as a company ambassador and liaison between customers and internal departments. This role operates in a dynamic team setting, focusing on enhancing customer value and supporting critical functions like distribution, warehousing, supply chain, and sales operations.
Work cross-functionally with distribution, warehousing, supply chain & sales,Drive customer value beyond sales,Assist team members with special deliveries, delivery planning, promotional and holiday planning, and special projects,Key orders and perform route verifications,Handle customer inquiries in a timely manner,Maintain competence, courtesy, and professionalism,Support and maintain Saputo Dairy Products Canada G.P.’s quality standards
Grade 12 or equivalent,Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications,One-year experience in a telephone sales / customer service environment (preferred),Strong communication and interpersonal skills; excellent telephone manner,Excellent data entry skills (speed and accuracy),Strong time-management, organizational, analytical, and leadership skills,Ability to multitask independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment,Ability to work under pressure and establish priorities,Bilingual (French) an asset (not a requirement)
