Relief Operator 10pm-6:30am

Description

This role involves providing relief duty across various assigned work areas, including covering breaks, lunches, and absences, as well as supporting other production functions. Key responsibilities include ensuring product quality and appearance, assisting with machine operations, cleaning, tear-down, and setup, operating CIP, COP, and UF systems. The role also requires performing general operating maintenance, documenting completed work, conducting metal detector sets, collecting line samples, assisting with line operations and job order fulfillment, managing inventory, monitoring temperatures, performing pre-op inspections, and carrying out sanitation tasks according to requirements.

What We're Looking For

Provide relief duty for all assigned work areas including but not limited to coverage for breaks, lunch, absences, other production support functions.,Responsible for the quality and appearance of the product.,Assist with machine operation including but not limited to cleaning, operation tear down of all machines, tanks, lines, fine saver, operate CIP, COP and UF systems.,Set up, adjust, monitor and perform general operating maintenance on lines.,Document and record when work is completed.,Perform metal detector sets, proper documentation of all operating lines, collect line sampling on all equipment during production.,Assist others to ensure successful line operations, job order fulfillment and proper completion of tasks including proper rotation for daily COAG operations, monitor and add salt as needed, inventory rotation and stocking of all ingredients, maintaining and recording all freezer temperatures, electrical jack checks, brine and salt room checks.,Perform pre-op inspections and titrate lines during sanitation.,Perform all sanitation per requirements.,Ability to read and understand instructions.,Proficient in use of the computer.,Must have a solid organizational, analytical problem solving and communication skills.,Follow good sanitation and housekeeping practices.,Compliance with food safety policies.,Follow GMPs and SOPs.,Ability to manipulate, lift and position heavy equipment.,Able to bend, stoop, kneel and crawl, occasionally climb steps and safety ladders, continuous walking and standing.,Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50lbs.,Requires regular attendance.

Ideal Candidate

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
