Relief Operator - (7pm - 3am)

Provide relief for production and intake vacancies, including coverage for employee breaks, vacation/personal time off, and absences.,Observe all plant safety policies and procedures regarding lock out/tag out, confined space, fork lift, etc.,Follow all personal hygiene and sanitary practices in accordance with federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations.,Observe all Saputo Cheese USA Good Manufacturing Practices and food safety guidelines.,Perform all other duties as assigned.,Willingness to work overtime as required.,Ability to learn and perform the duties and responsibilities for each position on the assigned shift (does not include maintenance functions or responsibilities).,Knowledge of Food Safety hygiene practices and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).,Ability to read, write, and speak proficiently and communicate effectively.,Ability to work with limited supervision and prepare accurate documents.,Ability to multitask, adapt, and react to interruptions and production changes without losing composure and efficiency.,Ability to work effectively in a team environment.,Ability to work other shifts occasionally.,Ability to work in a manufacturing environment which includes but is not limited to: noise, changing temperatures (hot, wet, cold, humid), standing/walking/bending/stooping/climbing stairs, maneuvering around manufacturing equipment consistently throughout the shift.,Working with chemicals, wearing personal protective equipment, and following approved chemical handling procedures.,Physical lifting up to 50-lbs frequently throughout the shift.,Work up to 12-hours per day.,Required to stand for entire shift except breaks.,Ability to learn and perform all production jobs.

High School Diploma or equivalent required.,Related post-secondary training is an asset.,1 year of customer service experience in a manufacturing, farming or agriculture environment is preferred.
