Nuvei is seeking a Relationship Manager to join their rapidly expanding Digital Assets team. This role involves managing a portfolio of crypto and digital asset merchants, building strong customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on payment methods, and driving consistent revenue growth. The manager will serve as the main point of contact for clients, provide data-driven insights, collaborate with product teams to influence new developments, identify growth opportunities, and coordinate with various internal functions.
Be the main point of contact for managed businesses and build strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Use understanding of customers, products, and industry to proactively recommend growth strategies.
Utilize transactional data to provide insights for improving customer performance.
Work closely with Product teams to influence new product developments based on customer needs.
Identify and close new business opportunities within the customer portfolio.
Act as a central point of contact for a wide range of internal functions.
Travel to visit customers as required.
3+ years of experience in a relationship management/account management role, preferably within enterprise software or other technology-related industries.
Self-motivated with a broad systemic view of the industry, company, and products.
Genuine curiosity to learn about the dynamic industry and customers.
Comfortable working with data and skilled in communicating data-driven product recommendations.
Desire for personal and professional development.
Must be willing to travel.
