Relationship Manager, Commercial Accounts

Description

This role at RBC involves joining Commercial Banking as a Relationship Manager. The individual will provide business and financial advice, managing a portfolio of Commercial clients, and supporting them in managing and growing their enterprises. The role focuses on delivering financial advice, balancing risk, and tailoring solutions to client needs, while also identifying growth opportunities and partnering with other RBC advisors.

What We're Looking For

Grow and deepen client relationships by providing tailored financial advice.,Proactively contact clients to gather insights, understand needs, and ensure ongoing satisfaction.,Plan and prioritize client and market activities, identify opportunities, and make introductions to RBC partners.,Manage risk and exercise due diligence in banking procedures, developing action plans for concerns.,Champion digital enablement and advocate for RBC mobile and online applications.,Visit clients on-site to understand their business objectives and operations.

Ideal Candidate

Experience in exceptional client relationship management and client service.,Ability to complete needs-based discovery and solution development to provide Commercial clients with advice for their day-to-day banking operations.,Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills.,Experience with emerging communications and technology (i.e., web-based meetings, social media, Digital Banking and Mobile Applications).,Credit skills and knowledge, including an understanding of risk assessments, financial analysis, credit structuring, and presentation of banking solutions.,Familiarity with Commercial Banking systems.,Knowledge of a broad array of business and personal financial products and services.,University degree, ideally in commerce, business administration, or related experience.
