Relationship Manager, Business Markets Intern (Korean Language Skills)

This internship position at Royal Bank of Canada involves providing expert business and financial advice to a designated portfolio of high-value small business clients. The successful candidate will act as a brand ambassador, driving external marketing and client acquisition, cultivating new business opportunities, and strengthening existing client relationships through collaboration with RBC advisors and specialists.

What We're Looking For

Acquire, expand, and deepen client relationships by delivering tailored financial advice.,Proactively engage with clients, gather insights through discovery, understand their evolving needs, and ensure ongoing satisfaction.,Strategically plan and prioritize client and market activities, identify opportunities, and facilitate introductions to RBC partners to fulfill clients' financial needs.,Manage risk and conduct thorough due diligence in all banking procedures, developing appropriate action plans for identified concerns or risks.,Champion digital enablement and promote the use of RBC's mobile and online applications, empowering clients to engage with RBC through their preferred channel.,Conduct on-site client visits to gain a comprehensive understanding of their business objectives and operations, as permitted.

Ideal Candidate

Must-have: Strong business development, client acquisition, and prospecting skills, including the ability to build and leverage valuable Centres of Influence within the local business community.,Must-have: A proven track record in exceptional client relationship management.,Nice-to-have: Credit skills and knowledge, including understanding of risk assessments, financial analyses, credit structuring/solutions, and deal presentations.,Nice-to-have: Completion of the Associate Account Manager training program, or previous experience as a small business owner, or in a similar field.,Nice-to-have: Good knowledge of a broad array of business and personal financial products and services.
