Relationship Manager, Business Banking - Brossard - Bilingual

Description

As a Relationship Manager within the Business Banking team, you will report to the Director or Senior Manager & Team Lead. Your primary responsibility is to provide an exceptional client experience to new and existing clients, supporting CIBC's goal of being a leader in client relationships. You will help business clients achieve their short-term and long-term business objectives by understanding their needs, identifying opportunities to strengthen the CIBC relationship, and increasing client loyalty. This involves ensuring clients' financial and credit needs are met through comprehensive business banking offers or by referring them to appropriate Imperial Service, Personal Banking, or Private Banking colleagues. Success requires frequent collaboration with experts across CIBC to meet client needs. You will proactively manage and grow a portfolio of business-only connections, focusing on deepening client relationships and addressing their business requirements. The role is full-time on-site.

What We're Looking For

Build relationships with Centres of Influence (COIs) in the community to generate referrals through in-person and digital channels.,Connect with existing and potential clients to identify opportunities for full relationships, offering deposit and credit solutions for growth.,Participate in community and banking centre events to enhance CIBC's presence and market share.,Develop and manage a sales pipeline of diverse business banking opportunities.,Engage with clients to understand immediate financial needs and identify opportunities for longer-term goals.,Deliver service excellence by being proactive with clients and ensuring their financial needs are met.,Provide trusted advice and financial solutions, and cultivate a network for new client relationships.,Promote and demonstrate digital banking options and CIBC's Cash Management products.,Support existing clients and seek new client acquisition through referrals and internal partnerships.,Manage and grow a portfolio of business-only connections to deepen client relationships.,Heighten CIBC brand awareness through local events and marketing activities to generate small business opportunities.

Ideal Candidate

2+ years' experience in Business Banking or Commercial Banking.,Strong knowledge of credit, cash management products and services.,Knowledge of business cash flow and financial analysis.,Established network in the local business community.,Undergraduate degree/diploma in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
