Description

This role involves acting as an expert for wealthy clients at National Bank of Canada. The private banker is responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities across all bank services and products, specifically targeting the high-end individual client market. They manage client portfolios, build trusting relationships, guide clients to achieve financial goals, and provide client-centered service. The role also includes interpreting financial data, submitting financing and credit renewal requests, negotiating terms, and collaborating with internal teams to maximize business development and ensure portfolio profitability.

What We're Looking For

Identify and develop business opportunities for all Bank services and products.,Develop the high-end individual client market.,Manage a client portfolio, adhering to the Bank's risk management standards.,Build trusting relationships with clients.,Guide clients to achieve financial goals.,Offer exemplary client service aligned with wealth management values.,Contribute to growing the Bank's portfolio share and profitability by offering suitable banking solutions.,Collaborate to sustain client relationships and ensure portfolio profitability.,Involve specialists when needed to meet client needs.,Interpret financial data, perform sophisticated analysis, and submit financing/credit renewal requests.,Negotiate terms compliant with risk management and profitability criteria.,Maintain constant communication and follow-up with Business Service account managers and Senior Investment Advisors.,Identify inherent risks in Wealth Management sector activities.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor's degree related to the sector and four years of relevant experience OR Master's degree related to the sector and two years of relevant experience OR University certificate/first cycle PUB and six years of relevant experience.,Be a mutual fund representative (REC).,Experience in sales and customer service.,Experience as a Personal Finance Advisor.
