The Senior Manager/Manager, Digital Marketing will be responsible for leading and executing the digital marketing strategy for Reigning Champ, driving performance across key channels such as CRM (Email, SMS, Push), Paid Social, Paid Search, and Programmatic. This role involves developing a robust media-mix modeling strategy, setting seasonal CPA targets, building a test-and-learn culture, and monitoring platform performance. Key responsibilities include managing media spend, coordinating marketing campaigns, increasing customer retention through analytics and personalization, developing a full-funnel CRM/Loyalty strategy, collaborating with the Brand team, and leading and mentoring the in-house digital team.
Own the strategy and execution of key digital channels including CRM (Email, SMS, Push), Paid Social, Paid Search, and Programmatic, and test emerging channels.,Develop a robust media-mix modeling strategy for efficient customer acquisition, retention, and brand growth.,Implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy with seasonal CPA targets.,Foster a test/learn culture to drive incremental growth.,Monitor and measure platform performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.,Oversee full management of all media spend, ensuring budget targets are met.,Coordinate and deploy marketing campaign calendar to support brand, merchandising, and marketing objectives.,Increase customer retention metrics through analytics, personalization, and segmentation.,Develop and manage a full-funnel CRM/Loyalty strategy using RFM insights.,Collaborate with the Brand team to ensure campaigns are on-brand and align with objectives.,Establish and maintain a robust testing framework to optimize campaign structures.,Lead and mentor the in-house digital team, focusing on development and technical knowledge enhancement.
