This opportunity at RBC Wealth Management involves becoming a key member of a branch team, supporting financial advisors and clients. The role requires leveraging administrative and operational expertise to assist advisors in managing and expanding their business, while upholding a client-centric approach and adhering to compliance standards within a dynamic environment. Key tasks include problem resolution, new account onboarding, account record maintenance, technology implementation, and correspondence preparation. What We're Looking For

Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, assisting with inquiries and account questions.,Proactively handle account inquiries and customer needs, escalating to financial advisors when appropriate.,Ensure compliance by obtaining and maintaining appropriate account documentation and communicating with clients regarding necessary items.,Facilitate the transfer of funds and securities, execute trades in client accounts, and process checks, wires, and ACH's in a timely manner.,Maintain confidentiality in accordance with RBC's Code of Conduct.,Bachelor's degree or job-related experience.,Strong soft skills including verbal and written communication, people, organizational, and client service skills.,Attention to detail with a focus on enhancing advisor efficiency and effectiveness.,Possession of Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) licenses.,Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business and technology environment.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor's degree or job-related experience.,Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) licenses.,Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business and technology environment.,Current FINRA registrations (Nice-to-have).,Financial services experience (Nice-to-have).
