Description

The Registered Client Associate at RBC Wealth Management is an integral part of the branch, supporting financial advisors and clients. This role involves utilizing administrative and operational skills to help advisors manage and grow their business, while also serving as a trusted resource for clients and the branch. The associate is expected to demonstrate a client-first approach, ensure compliance with standards, resolve problems, onboard new accounts, process and maintain account records, implement technology changes, and prepare correspondence in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. RBC offers training and development for career progression.

What We're Looking For

Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, assisting with inquiries and answering account questions, escalating to financial advisors when appropriate.,Adhere to compliance standards by obtaining and maintaining appropriate account documentation and communicating with clients about required items.,Facilitate the transfer of funds and securities, complete trades in client accounts, and process checks, wires, and ACH's in a timely manner.,Maintain confidentiality in accordance with RBC's Code of Conduct.,Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business and technology environment.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor's degree or job-related experience,Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) licenses,Financial services experience (Nice-to-have)
