This role involves strategic oversight and execution of logistics operations across multiple stations for Intelcom | Dragonfly. The manager will be responsible for driving growth, optimizing performance and efficiency, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with operational and procurement policies. It also includes identifying opportunities for improvement, managing supplier relationships, and fostering a positive, customer-centric culture within the organization.
Develop and implement growth strategies for individual stations.,Lead the expansion of Forward Sortation Area (FSA) initiatives.,Manage and execute budget plans, and identify cost reduction opportunities.,Ensure compliance with procurement activities, health and safety, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).,Monitor and enhance Independent Delivery Contractor (IDC) performance and compliance.,Maximize station productivity and manage the implementation of operational procedures and new services.,Conduct regular audits and improve daily, weekly, and monthly operational programs.,Promote company values, analyze competition, and implement cross-training.,Anticipate customer needs and lead with a supportive approach.,Manage supplier relationships, including performance analysis, contract follow-ups, and risk management.,Identify and recommend improvements in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) processes.,Utilize AI and analytical tools for data quality, forecasting, and risk detection.,Define and deploy operational and procurement standards and policies.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a regional or multi-site capacity.,2 to 5 years of experience in procurement, analytics, or Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) is considered an asset.
