This role involves leading the Cash Management area to increase market share and revenues, supporting high-value clients, attracting top talent, and influencing the development of innovative products. The individual will work with the Head of Treasury Management, Western Canada, to contribute to strategic direction, lead and coach a high-performing team, actively seek new business opportunities, develop expertise among colleagues, and support the execution of digital transformation within the region.
Contribute to the Bank's strategic direction in cash management and deposit growth while supporting high value commercial clients.,Lead, coach and develop a high performing team by providing guidance, feedback and support.,Leverage networks and relationships and engage in market activities to actively seek new business opportunities and grow cash flow management activities.,Contribute to the development of expertise among Account Managers, Associate VPs, and RVPs, and promote integration with Business Services Canada.,Meet and actively engage with leaders of business sectors and regions to define strategic initiatives and identify opportunities for synergy and market growth.,Drive non-lending activities by supporting direct and non-direct team members in their development of client strategy reviews.,Contribute to the Treasury Management team by adopting a culture of sales and customer service, and proactively support others on the team.,Support and guide the execution of the ongoing digital transformation in the sector by implementing best practices within your region.,Collaborate with other Regional counterparts, as well as Sales and Service and Strategy teams to enhance Cash Management products, policies and processes.
Bachelor's degree in a field related to the business sector and 10 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree in a related field and 8 years of relevant experience.,Significant experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.,Experience in sales and business development in the commercial banking sector.,Experience and expertise in cash management products.,CTP designation: an asset.
