Description

This role involves designing, delivering, and optimizing enablement programs to enhance the performance, productivity, and consistency of Field Sales Teams within a specific region. It requires collaboration with sales leadership, operations, and cross-functional teams to equip Field Account Executives with the necessary skills, content, and knowledge to drive revenue growth and effective territory execution.

What We're Looking For

Collaborate on and execute comprehensive enablement strategies focusing on prospecting, territory management, solution selling, and deal closure.,Create and facilitate onboarding programs and skill-development workshops for Field Sales Account Executives, utilizing methods like flipped classrooms, roleplays, simulations, and field-based learning.,Develop high-impact enablement assets such as playbooks, territory planning frameworks, pitch decks, and objection-handling guides.,Partner with Product, Marketing, Operations, and regional Sales Leadership for alignment on messaging and go-to-market strategies.,Provide targeted coaching to Field Sales Account Executives on prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and pipeline management, including conducting ride-alongs and offering structured feedback.,Build and maintain certification programs and competency models to ensure performance standards and adherence to sales methodologies.,3-5 years of experience delivering enablement programs for Field Sales, Outside Sales Teams, or Outbound Sales Motions, preferably in global SaaS companies.,Experience in evaluating the effectiveness of enablement programs and their impact on business metrics (pipeline growth, win rates, quota attainment, revenue generation).,Experience working with data to extract actionable insights.,Proven track record of creating field sales enablement content and tools that drive behavioral change and performance improvement.,Extensive travel within the region (50-75%) and native linguistic and cultural fluency for the region.

Ideal Candidate

Strong understanding of the Field Sales function, including prospecting strategies, territory management, solution selling, and deal progression.,Knowledge of the hospitality industry and its unique sales considerations (a plus).,Ability to extract actionable insights from data and clearly articulate them.,Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.,Strong content creation skills for field environments.,Understanding of sales methodologies, CRM systems (Salesforce), and sales technology.,Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally across multiple teams and time zones.,Strategic thinking combined with attention to detail in program execution.,Adaptable and entrepreneurial approach to enablement in fast-paced, target-driven environments.,Comfort with frequent travel and a hands-on coaching style that thrives in real-world field settings.
