Description
National Bank Investments is looking for a locally based Regional Director (Wholesaler) to promote its comprehensive product line to financial advisors in the Kitchener, Waterloo, and Niagara regions. This role involves building and nurturing relationships with advisors, achieving business development objectives in the assigned territory, and collaborating with a Regional Associate.
What We're Looking For
Strengthen existing and prospect new advisor relationships using a disciplined approach.
Increase the number of advisors doing business with National Bank Investments.
Work effectively with a team to achieve business development targets.
Maintain regular contact with advisors through one-on-one meetings and branch presentations.
Provide sales ideas, product information, and market updates.
Act as an ambassador of National Bank Investments.
Assist in the development and management of territory business plans, focusing on highly successful advisors.
Create and analyze firm sales and asset reports to determine territory opportunities.
Participate in new and existing training programs to enhance performance and career development.
Identify all risks inherent to the Wealth Management sector’s activities.
Ideal Candidate
Bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field and five years of relevant experience OR a master’s degree and four years of relevant experience.
Financial designation (IFIC, CSC, PFP, CIMA, CFA or Fellow from CSI) is an asset.
Knowledge of the financial environment and mutual fund industry.
Solid experience in business development and coaching.
Knowledge of budget and territory management.
