The Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) is seeking a Receptionist for its RBC Dominion Securities Management team in Toronto. This role serves as the primary point of contact for the RBC46 Office, involving professional greeting of clients, guests, and staff, along with providing administrative and catering support.
Answer and manage all calls on the reception phone.,Manage incoming communications from clients, Advisors, and internal/external partners.,Provide attentive and accurate client service.,Complete administrative tasks including office stationery orders, boardroom scheduling, and catering.,Support the Branch Operations Manager as needed.,Assist with coordinating staff functions.,Minimum 2-3 years' experience in an office environment.,Strong aptitude with MS Office products (Word, Excel).,Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.,Strong multi-tasking skills.
Post-Secondary Education (preferred),Experience in the Financial and/or Investment Industry (preferred)
37.5 hours/week
