Develop project budgets based on early design concepts, site conditions, and scope.,Prepare detailed cost estimates covering materials, labor, equipment, and contingencies.,Coordinate and manage tender packages for competitive bidding.,Analyze and level contractor bids to identify discrepancies and assess value.,Formalize the commit budget by integrating approved bids, contracts, and allowances.,Track and control project costs against the commit budget, providing updates, forecasts, and recommendations.
