Real Estate Development - Senior Designer/Intermediate Designer, Architecture

Description

Aritzia is seeking a Senior or Intermediate Architect to join their Real Estate Development team, focusing on the design and execution of retail, office, and food & beverage spaces. This role involves translating creative visions into detailed designs, ensuring technical precision, and coordinating projects from concept to completion. The designer will contribute to creating functional and inspiring spaces that align with brand standards, utilizing architectural expertise and design software.

What We're Looking For

Contribute to the design of world-class, brand-aligned retail, office, and/or Food & Beverage spaces from concept through to completion.,Translate creative vision into clear, functional, and cohesive layouts.,Advance and refine designs through visualization, spatial studies, and material exploration.,Develop detailed design elements that define the character, quality, and functionality of each space, ensuring alignment with brand standards and project goals.,Collaborate closely with the project team to ensure designs are technically sound, feasible, and fully coordinated in Revit.,Uphold design integrity through all project phases, ensuring the original vision is accurately documented, coordinated, and executed.,Provide creative and technical oversight across projects to ensure consistency, quality, and excellence in all design deliverables.

Ideal Candidate

Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in Revit (required),Experience in Rhino and AutoCAD (considered an asse),Experience in producing design renderings using Enscape or V-Ray,Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and InDesign),A degree in Architecture (preferred),Experience in hospitality architecture and/or food & beverage environments (where relevant),Commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles.,Ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.,Commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business.
