The Receptionist, part of the Operations and Technology team at Espace CDPQ in downtown Montreal, serves as the main point of contact for visitors, partners, and employees at reception. The role involves providing a welcoming, professional, and efficient front-desk experience, along with supporting logistical operations for meeting rooms and internal events.
Welcome, direct visitors, and respond to their requests courteously.
Manage incoming phone calls and general emails.
Coordinate room bookings and ensure their preparation.
Provide basic support for internal events (welcome, logistics).
Collaborate with technical teams to report any equipment or configuration issues.
Maintain up-to-date welcome procedures and reference documents.
Manage deliveries, mail, and office supplies related to the reception area.
Ensure the creation of access cards.
Manage the inventory of promotional items.
Update certain sections of the website.
Perform administrative support tasks for the Operations team.
College or professional diploma.
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or reception.
Proficiency in office tools such as Outlook, Teams, and Word.
Good knowledge of the Office suite, particularly Excel, is an asset.
Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Advanced proficiency in French (oral and written) and good knowledge of English (oral and written).
College or professional diploma
