This 18-month rotational program at RBC Capital Markets offers new graduates an opportunity to gain career-defining exposure within the business. Participants will engage in programming, design, and technical architectural roles, exploring various technology-based responsibilities. The program aims to develop leadership potential and interpersonal skills, allowing individuals to build their careers at RBC in areas where their interests and skills can make the most impact.

What We're Looking For

Gain in-depth knowledge of Capital Markets, including Foreign Exchange, Fixed Income, Equities, and Derivatives trading.,Work on collaborative solutions and apply advanced technology solutions to complex business opportunities.,Act as a trusted advisor to the business on technology exploitation.,Learn and apply a wide variety of technologies such as real-time messaging, middleware, service-oriented architectures, complex event processing, cloud computing, open-source libraries, and time series databases.,Potentially develop project management, critical thinking, and strategy skills.

Ideal Candidate

Undergraduate degree in computer science, math-based science/engineering discipline, or technical/analytical discipline focused on development, business analysis, and/or project management.,Graduated as of the start date – target summer start date: July 2026.,Strong understanding of and practical experience in applying technology to address diverse problems.,Passion for technology and programming.,Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.,Confidence in working with senior and executive-level staff, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across assignments.
