R2R Business Process Manager
Description
An exciting opportunity within Nuvei's Finance Department to assist the R2R Business Process Lead in designing, optimizing, and implementing Record to Report (R2R) processes within their ERP system. The goal is to enhance operational efficiency, strengthen financial controls, streamline workflows, ensure compliance, and drive user adoption, with a specific focus on the Enterprise Planning Module of Oracle (EPM). This role is part of a strategic initiative to consolidate legacy finance systems and offers exposure to a leading technology platform.
What We're Looking For
Support the R2R Business Process Lead in designing and standardizing R2R, Invoice to Cash (I2C), project accounting, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes.
Review functional specifications and support the System Integrator (SI) during Functional User Testing (FUT) for integrations and data conversions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to refine business requirements and configure the ERP system.
Act as a R2R/I2C/EPM subject matter expert in ERP implementation efforts.
Partner with IT and Finance teams to validate system configurations, data migration, and reporting capabilities.
Execute System Integration Testing (SIT) and support Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Support and execute cut-over activities for seamless transition from legacy to new systems.
Provide post-implementation support during the Go-Live Hypercare period.
Work closely with finance and operational teams to ensure smooth adoption of new R2R, I2C, and EPM processes.
Develop and deliver training programs, user guides, and workshops.
Act as a change agent to address concerns and ensure stakeholder alignment.
Ensure R2R/I2C/EPM processes comply with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
Support the definition and implementation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Provide ongoing support and refinement post-go-live.
Ideal Candidate
7+ years of experience in R2R/I2C/EPM process transformation, procurement, or accounts payable leadership roles.
3+ years of hands-on experience in ERP implementations, focusing on P2P modules (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft D365, Workday, etc.).
Strong understanding of accounting policies, R2R/I2C transactions in ERP, reconciliations, and reporting.
Experience with change management, stakeholder engagement, and end-user training.
Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation experience is an asset.
Prosci, CCMP, PMP, or equivalent certifications are a plus.
