In this role, you will be a key member of the AI Platform team, focused on advancing AI capabilities and delivering high-performance solutions. You will work on the Azure AI Platform to design and maintain robust knowledge management systems. Your primary objective is to ensure the reliability and quality of AI-powered products through advanced testing practices, contributing to the development of secure, scalable, and value-driven solutions for customers and colleagues.

What We're Looking For

Lead test automation activities within and between agile pods,Design, develop, and maintain complex automated test cases and frameworks,Implement effective test strategies and plans for small to medium complexity initiatives,Drive in-sprint automation and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines,Perform risk analysis and prioritize testing tasks to meet project milestones,Participate in gate reviews and ensure adherence to quality gating criteria,Collaborate with development teams to define user stories and acceptance criteria

Ideal Candidate

Proven experience in quality engineering and test automation,Solid understanding of the delivery lifecycle including architecture and deployment,Deep knowledge of industry-standard testing frameworks,Experience with behavioral driven development (BDD) and test-driven development (TDD),Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI/ML testing techniques

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related Engineering discipline (or equivalent practical experience)
