Project Specialist III- Mount Laurel, New Jersey

Description

The Project Specialist III role involves coordinating company or department projects, managing project details, and assisting with complex project aspects. Key responsibilities include initiating new projects based on industry knowledge, evaluating alternatives through research, securing management approvals, and potentially overseeing staff. The specialist will also manage project expenses, assess post-implementation effectiveness, contribute to policy development, and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines. Customer and team engagement are vital, focusing on service strategy, positive impact on stakeholders, high-level customer service, fostering an inclusive culture, team collaboration, and continuous communication and learning. Physical requirements include continuous sedentary work and multiple tasks, with occasional domestic travel.

What We're Looking For

Initiate and champion new projects based on industry and Company knowledge.,Evaluate various alternatives based on extensive research and provide analysis of recommendations.,Meet with department and other Company management to gain approvals.,May supervise staff (assigning, prioritizing, and monitoring work).,Manage self and/or teams' controllable expenses to designated budget.,Participate in evaluating effectiveness of projects after implementation, incorporating feedback into future project plans.,Provide input to department policies and procedures and ensure proper implementation and compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines.,Understand and support the Bank's Customer Service Strategy.,Consider the impact of decisions on the well-being of TD, its Customers and stakeholders.,Provide the highest level of Customer service when dealing with internal partners, vendors, or Customers.,Model quality service delivery at every interaction.,Lead and contribute to the ongoing improvement of the partner / Customer experience.,Be engaged in advancing and sustaining a unique, inclusive culture that reflects TD's diversity agenda.,Participate fully as a member of the team and contribute to a positive work environment.,May provide leadership, training, and guidance to other team members.,Ensure ongoing communication with the team on the status / progress of projects and issues / points of interest.,Actively share information and knowledge, and proactively learn from the expertise of others.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor's degree or progressive work experience in addition to experience below.,5+ Years of related experience.,Demonstrated ability to successfully plan, develop, lead and execute projects.,Proven ability to gather information and recommend solutions.,Excellent process improvement skills, including the ability to evaluate procedures and recommend improvements.,Excellent communication skills, including strong writing ability.,Effective presentation and influencing skills.,Supervisory experience preferred.,Strong PC Skills.
