Description

Saputo Dairy UK is seeking a Project Manager to lead individual projects within their Cheese, Butters, Spread and Oils (BSO), and Plant Based categories. This role supports strategic innovation, line extension, renovation, and value engineering initiatives, covering both retailer own brand and SDUK branded projects. The manager will oversee projects from strategic sign-off through to market launch, including critical path management, risk assessments, progress reporting, and leading cross-functional teams.

What We're Looking For

Manage projects pre Gate 0 (strategic sign off) through the stage gate process to Gate 3 (approval to launch) and launching to the market.,Run project meetings, own the critical path, lead risk assessments, and report on progress.,Lead cross-functional project teams, developing strong working practices and relationships.,Provide timely project updates into monthly innovation meetings.,Influence all project and business stakeholders to ensure project milestones are approved on time.,Support the Head of Marketing in prioritising the project pipeline to deliver the project portfolio.

Ideal Candidate

Experienced project manager within the FMCG industry.,Strong project management skills with an ability to create and execute detailed project plans.,Organised with a methodical approach and ability to quickly and appropriately prioritize project tasks to meet deadlines.,Excellent communication skills and the ability to successfully lead and manage cross functional project teams.,Demonstrate collaboration skills across all demand and supply functions, unlocking opportunities in difficult circumstances and ensuring teams pull together to deliver project milestones.,Hold a full driving license.
