Description
This role at The Toronto-Dominion Bank involves supporting the end-to-end delivery of mid-tier business or technology projects and/or leading smaller work packages. Responsibilities include complex analysis and reporting at the project/program or portfolio level. The position is designated for candidates identifying as First Nation (Status and Non-Status), Inuit, and Métis.
What We're Looking For
Primarily accountable for end-to-end delivery execution support of mid-tier business or technology projects.,May lead delivery of work packages of a smaller size and complexity.,Responsible for complex analysis and reporting at a project / program or portfolio level.,May operate as a working lead and provide training and guidance to others on best practices, processes, and completion of business as usual activities.
Ideal Candidate
Undergraduate degree required,3-5 years relevant experience in project coordination/management,Expertise in analyzing data using Excel (includes use of pivot tables),Experience telling stories with data, calculating and presenting variances,Experience creating PowerPoint slide presentations,Understanding of project delivery methods (Agile, waterfall, hybrid),Familiarity with business applications e.g. (JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, Clarity PPM)
