The Professional Wealth Branch Manager is a key leadership position within TD Private Wealth Management, responsible for leading high-performing teams, enhancing operational efficiency, driving business development, and managing risk. This role involves developing and executing regional business plans, talent recruitment and development, ensuring exceptional client experiences, and promoting the TD PWM brand while maintaining strict compliance with regulatory and internal policies.

What We're Looking For

Lead and influence high-performing teams through coaching and development.,Improve operating performance and processes, setting clear goals and expectations.,Effectively engage the organization to implement change and enhance the TD brand.,Deep understanding of TD Wealth Management Advisory offerings; analyze sales and financial data to drive revenue and profitability.,Identify emerging industry trends and recommend strategies for competitive advantage.,Lead community engagement to grow the TD PWM franchise and local market profile.,Maintain strong understanding of internal risk management, audit policies, and external regulatory requirements.,Drive regional operating performance, sales management, talent management strategy, business development, compliance oversight, and Investment Advisor recruitment.,Contribute to TD PWM's overall business results by executing annual regional business and operating plans.,Recruit, develop, and lead high-performance teams, including succession planning.,Lead the evolution and delivery of legendary client experiences.,Grow the TD PWM business, increasing market share and enhancing brand profile through active promotion and public appearances.,Oversee and direct resolution of significant client issues, potentially involving regulators and legal proceedings.,Provide ongoing leadership and oversight on compliance-related matters to ensure conformity with regulations and internal policies.,Deliver satisfactory audit results.

Ideal Candidate

Undergraduate university degree or related post-secondary education.,Currently registered with the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC) as a Registered Representative and Supervisor & Options.,Minimum of 10 years of Wealth leadership experience, including branch and sales management.,Successful track record of recruiting, acquiring, growing, and retaining top talent, promoting diversity, and building partnerships.,Proven strategist, change agent, and advocate with the ability to balance business realities, regulatory expectations, and best practices.,Successful history of working in a large financial institution where success is achieved by collaborating with other business partners.,Clear understanding of the importance of collaboration across the organization.,Proven ability to provide a balanced approach and stay resilient under pressure, operating in evolving and ambiguous environments with timely and decisive leadership.,Demonstrated time management and organizational skills to meet tight deadlines and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.,Confident presentation and facilitation skills.
