Join our dynamic team as a Production Worker! We are looking for dedicated individuals to contribute to our manufacturing process. This role involves various tasks essential to the production line, ensuring quality and efficiency.

## Compensation Details

Starting at $20/hour, with potential for increase after probation period.

What We're Looking For

Responsibilities:

- Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.

- Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed.

- Perform quality checks on products at various stages.

- Package finished goods according to specifications.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.

Ideal Candidate

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

- Basic understanding of production processes.

- Strong attention to detail and quality.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
