Join our dynamic team as a Production Supervisor! We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to oversee our production operations and ensure efficiency and quality.

This role involves managing a team of production staff, optimizing processes, and maintaining a safe working environment. If you have a passion for leadership and a strong background in manufacturing, we encourage you to apply!

## Compensation Details

Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.

What We're Looking For

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers.

• Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals.

• Monitor production to ensure that quality standards are met and production schedules are followed.

• Train new employees on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.

• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, including safety regulations (WHMIS, GMP).

• Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.

• Prepare production and other reports.

Ideal Candidate

• Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent experience.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.

• Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Education

Work Hours
